Great new ya’ll! We have signed to a record label, Top Five Records. They will be pressing our first full length Take Things As They Come” to vinyl. We are super pumped! This is the material we record at Howl Street a few months back. None of us have ever released a legit LP before. Our fidelity just ubled!

Though it wont be till Spring of 2013 till we release the mother-fucker. It takes a bit to do test prints, & the approve, shipping & all that yada blah blah. But we rest well knowing that its coming soon enough! We will be releasing our first single, Im Not Gonna Let Go Of You (This Time), in the next few weeks & preview the album art soon. There may even be a future music video… maybe, shhhhh. Stay tuned for more details!

Wolfgang Schaefer’s new album, Typewriter, is probably one of my favorite albums right now of anything local, national, or from the stars. I had the chance to play with Wolfgang the other day at Linneman’s, which is were I picked up a copy. Its been on repeat for the last week sense. Its really great stuff. If you love Alt Country or American music in anyway then this is for you!

Our next BREADKING event!! Kinda pumped for this one (super actually). This gig is featuring some of my favorite groups in town. Kind of a “meet & greet”, if you will, to introduce my songwriter friends to one another. Each act will be presented in rapid fire, one after the other, performing strip down set of their material.

I am especially excited for Kurt Spielmann (once Flojo) set. His new material has already found a place in my heart. I anticipate hearing it very much so. You can also catch Tim kicking ass on a little jazz kit with Robert John & Cherry Ball. (Tim’s the Cherry )

The show will also (or not…) mark the release of my spit with Cat Ries: My Love Is Like Woe.  Maybe you will see a few copies around the house…

Thanks everyone who tuned in the other day for our 91.7 WMSE performance! You can download the tracks off our bandcamp (if you’d like!) I’m excited to have these tracks as demos. Its our first chance to listen to the tunes ourselves. Without playing them anyway… In May, we will be recording our first full length, which doubles as our first recording with Tim, Caley, & Chris. I am excited. We are excited! All is well!

Recently I have taken up the job title of “correspondent” for my good friends, FunTV. Its a really dope website that focuses on muti-media crap in Milwaukee (& all over). Sorta a blog for artist to share their thoughts & work with one another… Check out this doc of the Local Playlist launch party that they threw together, featuring yours truly! Thanks Victor Buell IV & Al Kraemer for having me along fo the adventure!

My good friends, Loup. {Mike, Larkin, Brandon, Kelsey, Sammy, & Maggie} I love them all! This weekend’s tour was amazing. Thank you Loup for being so lovely!
